I am being haunted be e-mails

Tonight, I logged into my GU account for the first time since taking a year off. I thought they did a server dump at the end of every term so I would be logging into an empty account. Nope. There there were. All of my old e-mails and copies of past papers mailed to fellow classmates for critic and feedback. I almost had a panic attack just seeing everything there. I thought I had come to terms with it all but I guess not. Right now I am wondering: Am I going back too soon or is this just confirmation that I made the right choice by switching?

Here is a thought

What makes people find each other in this wide world?

No, I am not talking about love or anything like that. I am actually thinking about "random" meetings and how the universe works. A friend of mine decided to go antique hunting about an hour away and decided to take the bus there. There was not a set of two seats free so she walked up and down the isle until she finally settled on sitting next to...someone else I know. The two have never met but have been a member of the same club for years. Literally. For years they have just happened to miss each other. They finally met because they both had the desire to get to the same teeny tiny little town about an hour away.

So what makes us find each other? I have never really considered anything that happens totally random. Over the years, I have met people that are from every part of the US and the world. And two people who moved to Sweden but have spent a lot of time in my hometown (a city of 20000 people) and can discuss everything from restaurants to people. And the longer I live here, the more cases of "six degrees of _____" I see. No, nothing is random. We meet people and go places at the time in our lives when we are supposed to. The universe waits.

Here I go...

After blogging all over cyberspace at different sites, I decided that it is stupid to not focus all my thoughts in one place. So, here I go...I am about to join the blogging community with an official blog about My Life, My Education, My Photography and pretty much anything else that floats my boat. That is the perk of having one's own blog, I suppose. I get to bore my friends, family and sort of knows in the highly technical and advanced way allowed to us thanks to wireless internet and hotspots all over town.

I can see how this is going to go. I will be quiet for a spell, pepper you all with concentrated updates and meanderings and then retreat back to my quiet reflection again. Aren't you all just super excited? :)
